FAQ
We offer professional booking services for golf-related experiences in China, including tee times, stay-and-play packages, and golf vacation packages.
Refunds will be processed according to the Cancellation Policy outlined in Section 9 of these FAQs. Corporate bank transfers will be refunded to the original corporate account, while WeChat Pay or Alipay payments will be refunded through the original payment channel. Other refund methods may be arranged upon mutual agreement.
Please confirm your booking details and complete full payment at least 30 days in advance.
If you need to adjust your itinerary or change the number of participants, please notify us at least 30 days in advance and update the relevant information along with completing the corresponding payment settlement.
Cancellation 30 days or more in advance: No charge
Cancellation 22–29 days in advance: 20% fee
Cancellation 15–21days in advance: 50% fee
Cancellation 8–14 days in advance: 80% fee
Cancellation within 7 days: 100% fee
